Storyline
Helena is thrilled when her best friend from high school, Sandra Woosan, returns to New Gotham. However, the Birds are troubled by a series of murders with the unmistakable mark of one of Batgirl's nemesis, Lady Shiva. Lady Shiva holds a personal grudge against Batgirl for the death of her sister eight years ago. Determined to fight Lady Shiva as an equal, Barbara dusts off her Batgirl costume and experiments with technology that allows her to leave her wheelchair. Meanwhile, Dinah frets about a guy at her school asking her to attend the school's annual winter dance whom she confides in her mind-reading powers. But Dinah's path cross with Lady Shiva/Sandra whom she decides to target Dinah as her final revenge against Barbara. Written by matt-282
