Sad story, great episode.

Page and Boyden attend a tower block, where they discover a tragedy, a mother and her child have fallen to their death.

It's excellent, there is a definite change here, each episode of the new series has been harder hitting, it feels more like night time drama, each of the three stories have been heavy in tone, this perhaps the darkest of them.

What a cast! What drama or film wouldn't look terrific headlining Sophie Okonedo and Douglas Henshall, the pair of them are fantastic.

The very early morning gives it a very different atmosphere too.

I'm my opinion, writer Sebastian Secker-Walker wrote some of the show's best ever episodes, penning just over a dozen, check out the titles he wrote, he really did get the show, and understand what was required, the format, and the shirt running time.

Great episode for Boyden, he had such a rocky start, but has changed a lot, very considerate and caring towards Polly, he didn't berate her, Cryer probably would have.

9/10.
