A good episode, lacks a little something.

Deakin and Greig receive a tip off about an armed robber, known to Deakin, he believes the information is totally inaccurate, when they encounter him though, they find a troubled man.

When I read the brief episode synopsis, this was the one I was looking forward to, it sounded a big, dramatic, all guns blazing episode. It's good, but it's ultimately a little disappointing, what it lacks is a sense of tension, everything is just so matter of fact, the build up, event, and fallout, all just happen without any change of pace, compare it to something like Cold Turkey from a few years prior, it lacks excitement.

Niall Buggy was great as Des, I have to say he really did play the part of a man under pressure very well.

Another good one for Chris Deakin, he's made such an impact since joining the show.

7/10, perhaps it deserves a higher score, but it should have been a classic, the direction ultimately lets it down.
