Yemana's 20th anniversary on the force
kevinolzak24 May 2014
"Loan Shark" finds Harris interrogating a known fence (Lewis Charles, second of two) as to the whereabouts of an unknown loan shark on the loose. Imagine his disappointment when the culprit turns out to be a bright 14 year old kid (Larry B. Scott) carrying $7000, and driving around in a Lincoln Continental. Mario Roccuzzo (first of six) plays George Willis, who was in the middle of getting a tattoo when he changes his mind, leaving the word 'moth' on his arm. The artist (Boris Aplon) insists that tattoos can't come off, but is willing to finish it. Meanwhile, Yemana is celebrating his 20th anniversary on the police force, and after listening to comments about his filing and his coffee, takes an early lunch to put some money on a horse. Wojo gets to pay tribute to Nick by preparing a special cup of Polish coffee for him (Wojo: "not too good huh?" Yemana: "all these years, I though it was me!"). Most poignant of all is the fact that Jack Soo would only be able to film one more episode before his illness became terminal.
