Trivia:
'J. Michael Strazyncski' stated later that the good episodes didn't take too long to write, maybe a day or two. This episode took two weeks, making it one that he, himself, didn't like very much. moreQuotes:

Harry Sanders: Harry. Harry Sanders.
Zack Allan: And you're a telepath?
Harry Sanders: Sure. What's the job pay?
Zack Allan: Well, it's not a job, it's more like an adventure. A chance to fight the bad guys.

This episode stank and unfortunately, it followed another episode that stank! This is too bad, but might be because just before that was a great two-part episode--maybe there was just a natural let-up as Straczynski must have been too tired to put the usual care and genius into these two shows.
The first plot, while full of tons of machismo and posturing, isn't all that bad as it does advance the series and helps explain how she solidified her role as the new head of the Rangers. However, the second plot was just awful, as Garibaldi finds that there is a hidden level in the station where a weird cult lives that worships a dangerous monster. The cult is led by Robert Englund (the guy who played Freddy Kruger), and in this role as the prophet "Jeremiah", he is all rolling eyes, over-acting and nonsense! In fact, his acting made his Kruger character seem subtle in comparison!!! Ultimately, Garibaldi is able to escape from the hidden level and rejoin the rest of the crew. Unfortunately, he also kills the awful monster that Englund and the rest of the cult worshiped so it didn't get a chance to kill them and eliminate the possibility this group of nuts would return!
