I didn't ask for this responsibility, unlike some people, who shall remain lifeless - The beginning of a new area as a new character gets introduced and an old character begins to change from a b!tch into a hero. This was the last season one episode I watched on TV as I was so upset with 'Doyle's death and wasn't too crazy about 'Wesley' at that time. It was really impossible to guess how much 'Wesley' would grow into one of the best characters ever on television, because in this episode he was just a lame dork, A fun lame work. But still a lame dork. What makes this episode interesting for me was 'Cordy', she had countless of great moments like her audition which always cracks me up as she begins to cry, and then suddenly gets her first vision. I love how the jury react as they think she's just acting. And then of course when she tries to get rid of her visions by kissing every frog she can find, including 'Wes', their kissed seemed to be a lot better then their first to say the least. 'Barney' on the other hand was a very irritating character who kidnaps 'Cordy' to sell her at an auction, I did love the scene where she pretends to be having a vision and then kicks him in his private part. The episode was pretty dry, but not nearly as bad as I used think. I really like the ending where 'Wesley' eats eggs with 'Cordy' and 'Angel' which begins a whole new bond. Good old times. CORDELIA: Wesley? What are you doing here? Are you working with Angel? WESLEY: A lone wolf, such as myself, never works with anyone. I'm merely allowing Angel to assist me. CORDELIA: Oh, wow. WESLEY: I'm a rogue demon hunter now. CORDELIA: Oh, wow. What's a rogue demon? (7.0 out of 10)
