In the opening sequence, the false A-Team's van drives through the popcorn cart, destroying it. Right before they leave, the popcorn cart is undamaged.
The water in Murdock's room flooded out into the hallway when Face opened the door, yet in later shots, the hallway floor is dry.
After B.A. has played basketball with a couple of kids, three boys walk over with the newspaper. Ordered tall kid, blonde kid, kid with striped top. Then cutting to a close up, the tall and blonde kids have swapped places, swapping back again when it cuts back to B.A. asking them what's wrong.
When the team first come together to discuss the newspaper article, Hannibal's cigar is in/out his mouth inconsistently between shots.

When the team come together for the first time in their costumes, Hannibal explains the reason for their costumes to Face as a precaution in case Lynch is watching them. Lynch hasn't been chasing them for 2 years, having only returned for this last opportunity, and Hannibal has no way of knowing that at this stage. Although never stated, it has been implied several times over the course of the series that Hannibal still has contacts in the military. It stands to reason that one of them may have informed him that Lynch had resumed the chase.

The premise of Mason using a fake A-Team to get Winnetka's wild west show makes no sense, as all that would possibly accomplish would be to draw the real team out into the open to clear their name. It would've sense if the military had been responsible for it, and not Mason. Mason could've used ordinary thugs to get what he wanted from Winnetka, without risking the real A-Team showing up.
