We see Murdock's arms cleaning a truck that the A-Team is fixing, and when BA puts new, shiny hubcaps on, Murdock can clearly be seen in the reflection. However, at that very same moment he is actually sneaking around a villa in Mexico.
At the beginning, Murdock is holding a used gear-stick in his hand and twice he taps Face's tie, both times he leaves oil stains, but, between those two scenes, the tie apparently lacks any stain.
Metal screens on the windows and windshields of the A-Team's tow trucks appear and disappear in various shots in the beginning of the episode.
When the A-Team modifies the tow truck they restored earlier, it changes from a ten-wheeled Mack to a six-wheeled International.
At the beginning it shows Robert & Jenny driving and backing up to the broken down Volvo in a 61-65 Ford truck with a custom made flatbed. When they begin to hook up the disabled car and are attacked the truck is now a 73-80 Chevy/GMC with a conventional pick-up bed.
You see Murdock's arms while cleaning a car. However, at that very same moment he is actually captured in Mexico.
When the team are being placed in the cell, the back of Murdoch is seen, although he has not been captured and actually helps the team escape by using a tow truck from outside the police station.
