• Continuity: When Kevin is talking on his cell for the first time, the background and reflections on the car are from the seminary location, until the film cuts to the tunnel (which magically comes out of nowhere).
  
  
• Continuity: When the bus blows up, it's a white bus with red and white stripes. When the bus is burning a few cuts later, the paint and make of the bus have changed entirely, to reveal that the bus actually being blown up was orange and white.
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Kevin and Sam are driving alongside the bus, Kevin is yelling for the bus driver to pull over but Kevin's lips clearly show him saying something else.
  
  

• Continuity: On the picture with his dog Kevin is about 10 years old and now about 30. A dog can't be 20 years old.
  
  
• Errors in geography: The film is set in America, but the taxi in one shot got a typical Polish taxi-symbol on the top.
  
  

• Factual errors: SPOILER: Kevin Parson is later revealed to be suffering from Dissociative identity disorder, however people with this disorder never have direct contact with the other personalities.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: SPOILER: Although only a single bomb is shown on the bus, the explosion has distinct multiple blasts. The single shot visually, and in the audio, shows multiple blasts blowing out the side windows of the bus.
  
  
• Continuity: SPOILER: When the killer on the videotape in Kevin's refrigerator stops talking (ending with "no cops"), there is a nine second delay before the bomb goes off (one second of this is in slow motion). Later, at the police station, they are playing back the recording that was taken over the phone at Kevins apartment. When the killer finishes speaking this time, there is only a three second delay before the explosion.
  
  
• Continuity: SPOILER: When Kevin Parson ditches his car because it was about to explode, you can briefly see the side of his car with nothing on it. Later when it explodes you see "confess" written on the door.
