- Continuity: When Linda is walking toward the trash can, the level of tissues on top of the pile changes when she actually reaches in for what she is looking for.
- Continuity: When Linda approaches the garbage can to grab the missing page from the Yellow Book, the phone on the desk nearby is positioned diagonally, with the antenna pointed towards the trash can, and the scene cuts to a different focus. When it cuts back and she reaches for the phone, the antenna is pointing the other way.
- Continuity: At the funeral, the car that is with the woman behind the tree moves up and back between scenes.
- Continuity: When Linda is about to get the injection, Dr. Roth is first on her right side then when the camera goes to a further view, he's seen on her left side. Then when he actually gives her the injection, he's on her right side again.
- Factual errors: Modern repair of facial injuries would not involve large black thread as used on the daughter, especially on a young child. Deep suturing, skin adhesives, dissolvable clear thread and other techniques would both minimize future scaring and reduce the visual impact whilst healing.
- Continuity: When Linda is writing out the calendar of how each day has played out, she writes a large 'T' for Tuesday that extends into the Monday frame. The next time the camera shows this particular day, the 'T' is much smaller.
- Continuity: When Linda is writing what happened on the days of the week, you can see that right before she writes what happened on Wednesday she is holding the dark marker, but when she writes what happened on Wednesday she writes with the red marker.
- Continuity: When Linda is writing out the calendar, and adds the red "CUTS" element to Tuesday, you can see a red entry on the adjacent-to-the-right day (Wednesday). But when the camera again looks in from the top, Wednesday is clear.
