• Continuity: The creaky first step in Dr. Maggie Dalton's house does not creak when she and Frank Turner walk downstairs together.
  
  
• Continuity: Reisner's glasses are on when Turner grabs him after he cloaks himself..... when he lets go and has the gun pointed at Reisner, his glasses are off, yet when the car hits him, the next shot shows a bloody and broken set of glasses.
  
  
• Continuity: Maggie uses green spray paint so that she can see Michael's arm in order to give him an injection, and a small area of his arm appears in green. But a moment later when she sprays paint into his eyes, there's no paint visible.
  
  

• Continuity: Near the beginning of the movie Devin Villers gets pushed out of the window in the bathroom. He gets pushed out of the second to top window of the building. The next scene begins with the camera angle from the bottom of the building looking up, where we see that not only are none of the windows broken, but there is a gray cement ledge on the building that was not previously there.
