- A wounded woman's bare breast is seen.
- A woman bathes in a lake and her bare back/ side of her breast is seen.
- A man and a woman have sex. There is thrusting but no nudity, and the woman seems repulsed.

- A woman wakes up bloodied inside a coffin and tries to break out. (seen several times near the beginning of the film).
- A bloody woman runs through a forest clutching her stomach, and a man approaches her and knocks her out with the butt of a rifle.
- A bloody woman tied to a tree uses scissors to remove stitches from a bloody incision in her stomach, and then graphically reaches into the wound and removes a razor blade (we see the slightly open wound and gory flesh).
- A bloody woman's stitched-up stomach wound is seen. Later, tied to a tree, she uses a sharp stick to remove the stitches, and then reaches in and removes a razor blade (graphically seen, with blood pouring, gory flesh and intestines bulging out).

- A woman tries to stab a man but is stopped and punched.

- A man throws a rock at a woman, and another woman throws a rock back at him.
- A woman bashes a man in the head twice with a sock filled with rocks, and blood flows from his mouth. He then chases her and shoots her through the back (we see a bloody bullet hole), chokes her (we see blood around her mouth), and we then hear a gunshot offscreen.

- The movie concerns a woman's attempt to escape from a madman's captivity, and tension is almost nonstop for the full length of the movie, even when there is no violence occuring onscreen. There is also a great amount of terrified screaming in the movie.
Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- A man points a rifle at her head, asks her if she wants to "continue", and the woman replies that she can't and then reaches over and presses the trigger herself (the shot occurs offscreen).
- At his encouragement, a woman bashes a man across the face with an iron bar, causing a gory head wound. She then bashes his head several more times- we see some blood and a tooth splash out, and also some skin/bone separate.
- A woman opens a door that discharges a trap that causes something to shoot her in the face, blinding her and leaving her face very bloody.
