Trivia:
Noddy Holder is credited as "The Real Noddy Holder" because he is commenting on the "Slade in Residence - Christmas Day" sketch from "The Smell of Reeves and Mortimer" (1993), which features the cast of the show imitating the members of Slade, including Noddy Holder. moreFAQ

I really enjoyed watching this: it was great to see some of the greatest comedy sketches ever produced all in one chunk. In some ways it was just worth it for nostalgic reasons, but whether you want to reminisce or just have a laugh then this show's really worth a watch. But, much as I love Little Britain I just don't think it should have been top. I mean, it was basically just flavour of the month when the poll was cast, and I just think that it wouldn't exist at all without shows like Monty Python, and by rights they own the top spot. Still, I love the top 3, so I'm happy enough anyway! =D I also enjoyed having a chance to see some sketches that may have passed me by before due to me being too young at the time, which was great. The whole thing is basically a crash course in comedy, should you choose to view it with a view to learning. Also, they had some great interviewees commenting during the show, which really helped to make it. Hope this helped a little. :)
