Sex & Nudity

  • The main character propositions many women throughout.
  • Strong, crude use of sexual innuendos & references throughout.
  • The gamer must build up their "balls" meter by talking to women, and at certain points can meet "femme fatales" who will then reside at the gamer's mansion.

Violence & Gore

  • While the movie is a brutally violent crime drama that also has intense action sequences, the game is a nonstop action thrill ride and a full on adrenaline rush since it's about Tony getting revenge on sosa and his gang
  • Non-stop intense, bloody graphic animated violence throughout. LOTS of blood sprays.
  • Main character blows people apart with high-calibre machine guns, rocket launchers and various small arms. He dismembers many people with a chainsaw.
  • In order to progress through the game, the gamer must kill many, many people. By the end the gamer will have graphically murdered over a thousand people in various ways.
  • Some characters are eaten by tigers and sharks.
  • The gamer must taunt dying victims in order to build up their "balls" meter, which then allows them access to more women.

Profanity

  • To put this game's amount of profanity in perspective, it is much more profane as every single Rockstar game ever made plus the Mafia Trilogy, The Last Of Us duo, House of the Dead: Overkill, Rogue Warrior, South Park: The Stick of Truth combined
  • Literally non-stop use of the word "fuck" and its derivatives, many instances directed at women in a derogatory sense. Other mild profanities as well. In fact, this game holds the Guinness World Record of most profanity in a game, having 5,688 uses of "fuck" throughout the entire game, which is even more so than "Grand Theft Auto V", "Mafia II" and other similarly profane games.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Many characters drink alcohol and use hard drugs throughout.
  • Apart from murdering people, in order to progress through the game the gamer must conduct many drug deals. The gamer must negotiate with suppliers and distribute kilograms of cocaine to shop fronts. The money earned from these large drug deals allows the gamer to progress further through the purchase of exotic collectibles including cars, boats, weapons & property. The further the gamer progresses, the more expensive these items become, requiring the gamer to conduct more & more drug deals to earn more money.
  • Frequent, graphic drug use throughout. The entire game is based around the acquisition & distribution of cocaine.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Much more violent, gruesome and disturbing than the film.
  • The entire game is extremely intense, bloody & graphic. Features many anti-social concepts and language including derogatory slurs and strong sexual references.
  • Frequent talk of murder & dismemberment.
  • Main character frequently threatens to violently murder others.
  • Some people may find a game that requires the gamer to murder hundreds of people and conduct hard drug deals all while specifically evading police and government agencies to be disturbing.
  • Some ''jumps'' in cutscenes.
