Sex & Nudity

- Contains scenes of nudity and relatively strong sexual content, usually in a comedic and/or surreal context.
- We see the main characters sitting together on the ground, both naked. His buttocks are seen and most of her breasts/cleavage but no nipples. He appears excited when he notices her nakedness (drooling, blushing, trembling) but doesn't act on it.
- The characters are imprisoned among other convicts in straitjacket suits; throughout the film, the various inmates make lewd, suggestive, and sexual comments; some mild, some strong. The main male character also makes several suggestive comments.
- One inmate has a large drill in place of a penis; crude remarks and references are made about this several times and semen is seen squirting from it a few times.
- The prisoners have their feces forcibly extracted from their anus through a hole in their suits by small snakes that crawl inside their rectum. One character says that it feels weird but good; another inmate makes a sexual suggestion in response.
- A male and female character who share a cell have sex through their suit holes; sexual sounds can be heard, we see him thrusting and we see other prisoners who are listening to the noises become excited. The two later break out of their suits after and we see them in their underwear and prison shirts throughout the film.
- A partially nude female villain fights another female; their clothes are partially destroyed as they fight; we see one breast but it's mostly just a lot of skin on show.
- A pregnant female character is examined by a doctor, only her bare belly is seen; she gives birth while fighting an enemy but it's not a traditional birth; the child suddenly 'appears' from her panties and is already sporting weapons because of its accelerating life.
Violence & Gore

- Graphic, albeit highly stylized scenes of violence. Characters are shot, crushed, dismembered, etc. all in highly over-the-top, surreal style.
Profanity

- Frequent use of sexual dialogue but very little actual swearing. One F-word and a couple uses of "shit".
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- The prison warden can be seen smoking.
- After escaping on a train, the inmates celebrate with large glasses of beer.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Although bizarre and comical, the film contains dark themes such as cloning and human experimentation.
- Many of the inmates' appearances are grotesque and bizarre. This may frighten younger viewers.
- The film also contains extremely exaggerated violence that involves lots of blood and guts.
