Trivia:
The original script centered on the running of the Los Angeles Marathon. Once a UK production team decided to make the film, the location was changed to London. Because another film had already secured the rights to the London Marathon, the filmmakers invented "The Nike River Run" to take its place. moreGoofs:
Crew or equipment visible: In the shot where Dennis is talking to himself in the mirror, both film crew and filming equipment is visible in the reflection of the television against the wall. moreSoundtrack:

I saw this in the cinema today, and I just loved it. I'll admit, at times it was a little predictable, but you will love it. Its a great family comedy with funny parts (a lot!), sad parts, and inspirational parts. And look out for the bakery scene, so funny! But don't count on that, the whole film will have you in stitches. I'm very sure I'll be buying this on DVD when it comes out.
I recommend this to anyone. I saw this with my dad, my younger brother and sister, and my grandparents, and everyone of us enjoyed it.
A directorial debut for former F.R.I.E.N.D David Schwimmer, and a fantastic one at that. You will love it, whoever you are!
