- 2 Graphic Sex scenes. Near the beginning of the movie, two main characters are shown from the waist up as they have sex while the man is sitting on a chair. They are both fully clothed, but the woman is wearing a sheer top that shows nudity.
- In a second sex scene, a couple is having sex (woman's breasts are clearly visible), when another man kills them both. They are later shown, the woman on top of the man. This scene is cut to immediately.
- Near the beginning of the movie, a dead person is shown naked from behind.
- Lots of explict sexual Dialogue. Oral sex is implied several times.
Violence & Gore

- Lots of Gore. Several instences and flashbacks of Tongue mutilation. Theres a scene where a young man commits suicide by sticking pencils in his ears. A severed finger is found in someones French Fries. Several scenes of suicide. Graphic Death Scenes. In one scene it shows a man in a car with a tree limb branch which has went straight through his head.

- About 10 uses of the F word, and maybe a few other swear words, but not many.

- One of the main characters is smoking Pot almost every time you see him and the others smoke pot occasionally. There is a Party at a house where there is drinking.

- Killer Game(explains it right there)There is alot of talk about Satanism and hell. Jake(ackles) is portrayed as the son of Satan. Demons and Ritualistic sacrifices. Yes there are alot of frightening and intense scenes pretty much all death scenes are intense.
