• Continuity: Aeon's hair when she's in the cell.
  
  
• Continuity: In the fight scene with Sithandra and Aeon, the part in Aeon's hair switches from right to left to back to right.
  
  
• Continuity: When Aeon is crying, the tears on her face change position and disappear between shots.
  
  

• Continuity: Sithandra's "feet" get impaled in multiple places by the grass. The wounds are not there in any other subsequent shot where we see her "feet".
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: Aeon's neck freckle swaps sides in one shot, revealing a flipped shot.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: There are several shots where post-production forgot to replace Sithandra's feet with hands.
  
  
• Continuity: When Sithandra is shot by the weapon fruit as a result of leaving the civilian zone, she clearly begins to fall face down but lands face up.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: Near the end of the movie when the Keeper is explaining to Aeon that he saved her DNA, it cuts to a scene where she is on a slab in the morgue. As he unzips her body bag, the "dead" Aeon flares her nostrils briefly.
  
  
• Continuity: When Aeon takes a sample of the water in the cell, the glass is a few inches from her heel. In the next shot it's about two feet away from her. In the next shot it's back by her heel.
  
  
• Continuity: A lamp knocked over by Freya uprights itself.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When Aeon is jumping across the circular openings after escaping her cell - you can see that the shoes she wears are the flat boots of the stunt outfit, and not the wedged heels she wears throughout the film.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: During the course of the movie, there are many repeated or recycled shots. One of them in particular, when Aeon is removing the second bullet from Trevor's backside, the shot of the removal is obviously the same shot from when she removed the first bullet from his shoulder.
