- A man and a woman try to make up for not being with each other in high school, so they dress up like themselves back when they were in high school, and start to make out. The man then removes the panties off of his wife (No Nudity, She is Wearing a Cheerleader Skirt) and performs cunnilingus on her (No Nudity). They then go into the 69 position (No Nudity).
- During the Diner scene, one of the criminals grabs a woman's clothed breast, and sniffs his hand afterwards, and wipes his hand on his chest. It is implied he is gonna attempt to rape her.
- A man and a woman have violent sex on their hallway staircase. The man removes the woman's panties revealing a clear side view of her butt. We also see a clear view of the man's butt as he thrusts. There is a lot of thrusting and moaning present in this scene as well.
- A woman walks out of their bedroom bathroom, wearing an open bathrobe, clearly exposing both of her bare breasts, and her pubic region. This is immediately after the second sex scene.
- References to sexual assault and rape.

- A bully pushes a teenage boy backwards in the school hallway and his goon friends then won't let Jack go and are demeaning to him and his female friend. The boy finally loses it and suddenly attacks the bullies, kicking one in the crotch and punching and shoving the bully back against the lockers where he proceeds to punch and kick him repeatedly on the floor, bloodying him (It's brutal)
- A father does a hard slap at his son for a smart aleck remark he makes about how to take care of problems (that exacerbates some tension between the two).
- A woman smacks a man and he grabs her by the neck at the bottom of a stairwell. She tries to escape and then kicks him back (down a few stairs), but he grabs her foot, trips and hits her before pinning her to the stairs. Their anger then turns to passion and two end up having sex there. (see sex and nudity).
- A criminal shoots at a man who escapes and then grabs another goon, head-butting him. He then shoots a man several times from the floor, killing him.
- In the opening scene, we see two hotel clerks that have been killed by two criminals. One of them has several stab wounds with a slit throat, with blood all over his, as well as a pool of blood below him. The other clerk is face down in a pool of blood.
- During an attempted robbery at a Diner, a man shoots one of the criminals in the chest several times, he then crashes through a window. He shoots the other criminal in the head, and the criminal's jaw blows off in graphic detail. Afterwards, we see the aftermath, with his face in a pool of blood, with a detached jaw.
- A teenage boy gets into a fight with a bully at school. He beats him up pretty bad, resulting in a very bloody aftermath. The fight scene is pretty graphic, and bloody.
- A man kills three people in a fight. One of the people is shot several times in the chest, while another one has his nose beaten into his skull. We see his nose pushed back into his head, with his nose bone protruding from his forehead. The other one is killed with a shotgun to the back. His chest is seen all blown open, with blood all over him.
- A man at a gangster's house kills a group of mobsters in very graphic detail. One has his neck snapped, while the other two are shot several times, and beaten. One of the mobsters is throat stomped and blood is seen pouring from his mouth (All of them have sound effects)
