Trivia:
Steve's original design was much geekier and gawky and he was voiced by Ricky Blitt. Halfway through production, his voice actor changed to Scott Grimes and his design was made to be more attractive, so he would be less comparable to Neil Goldman from "Family Guy" (1999). This is the most hilariously incredible show in tranditional animation! Stan is the man!Roger the alien can be a bother but a hoot! Klaus the goldfish is a classic German stereotyped character in modern comedy! And the teenage kids are really appealing and funny!Stan's wife Francine is hot and sexy!
The stories in the episodes can start out a bit ho-hum,but throughout the episode,it gets funnier.This is why I will never compare this wonderful politic-like show to the repulsive,stupid and annoyingly unfunny new Family Guy because Family Guy started to lack good adult humour and plot by mid season 3 and got worse by season 4(I can tell that the future seasons shouldn't be released on DVD).
Good on you,Seth Macfarlane!This show is balanced with flashy but awesome humor,reasonable plot and story(some can be ridiculous,but who cares)and characters with satire and likable personalities.
There should be a movie of American Dad as well!
