Parents Guide for
The Pacifier (2005)

The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this new feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes .
Visit our Parents Guide Help to learn more

Sex & Nudity

Having found a Nazi armband in Seth's locker (for what turns out to be a school play), Vice Principal Murney says if it had been a "girly magazine," that would have been okay, but the band is unacceptable.

Violence & Gore

Seth and Zoey pour cooking oil on the top of the steps, hoping that Shane will slip on it. Instead, Helga does and then takes a bad tumble down the steps (in slapstick fashion, and is okay).

Profanity

At least 4 slang terms for breasts ("boobs"), 3 hells, 5 uses of "Oh my God" and 1 use each of "God," "Oh dear God" and "Swear to God."

A teenage girl hosts a party and several underaged children are shown drinking beer.

Shane goes into emergency mode when one of the tracking bracelets he put on the kids rapidly heads down the street. He drives fast and swerves through traffic while following the signal.
