Another Jerry the Tyke picture, and as usual, good fun. The interaction between the animated line-drawings and the (live-action) animator seen drawing them is the memorable point of this series of films, and both 'characters' are likable, although the mischievous little dog, as intended, steals the show.
In this 1926 short, cartoon Jerry insists on being provided with a (cartoon) wireless set -- complete with antenna stretched out of the window to pick up the signal; an education in itself about early wireless! -- only for a thunderstorm to spoil his fun. Quick-moving, distinctive entertainment.
