The earth will quake January 31st when Phase 4 Films unleashes Blubberella to DVD and VOD audiences. And with a tagline like "Half vampire, two and a half women," you know the jokes are going to be crass in typical Uwe Boll (Bloodrayne 3) style. Another tagline "Pound for poung pure action," is not much better and the film has been called: "a big ol’ meaty wad of concentrated awful" (Rigney). Phase 4 Films would like us to believe that Uwe boll "has a huge cult following," but 28Dla would like to start a spontantaneous anti-Boll petition right here. Let us stop Boll from making any more films!
For those interested, Blubberella was filmed dually with Bloodrayne 3 in Zagreb, Croatia. And many actors from Bloodrayne 3 participate in this film: "you almost feel sorry for the film’s cast, who have been plucked from the set of Bloodrayne 3 to participate in one...

After being exiled to television — he wrote, directed, and produced the pilot for the HBO series Luck, which has yet to debut — following the box office failure of his last movie, Public Enemies, Michael Mann is returning to motion pictures with a period war epic based on a book by Bernard Cornwell, who The Washingon Post has dubbed "the greatest writer of historical adventures today."
According to ScreenDaily (via Collider), Mann will direct an adaptation of Agincourt, Cornwell's novel about one of the most epic battles between England and France during the Middle Ages. Luc Roeg (Fat Slags) is producing the movie, with Benjamin Ross writing the adaptation. Roeg said that Agincourt has "momentum" now that Mann is attached, but it does not yet have a start date.

It's got Sly Stallone! Arnold Schwarzenegger! Stone Cold Steve Austin! Er … Jason Statham! The Expendables has the beefiest cast in movie history. But who's the hardest of the hard men?
Sylvester Stallone had a dream, and that dream was to assemble the biggest cast of grunting, macho, unfeasibly ripped movie lunks in cinema history. A few twirls of his Rolodex later, he'd recruited Mickey Rourke, Dolph Lundgren, chopsocky killer Jet Li, Guy Ritchie's best facking mate Jason Statham, action legends Arnold (née Arnie) Schwarzenegger and Bruce Willis in cameos, as well as lead roles for three ripped and raw American sport stars: ex-gridiron man-beast Terry Crews, wrestling lunatic Stone Cold Steve Austin and mixed martial arts human brick Randy Couture (please don't tease him about his name).
If you are a certain kind of man, just reading the cast-list of The Expendables will make your testicles explode with excitement.

New couple Geri Halliwell and Jerry O'Connell have split after just a month together due to the actor's "immaturity". The Fat Slags co-stars spent most of September and early October this year enjoying a hot romance but O'Connell reportedly left the former Spice Girl unimpressed with his wacky humor. A pal of the Look At Me star says, "As has happened in the past things started well and they enjoyed each other's company. But after a while it all started to go wrong. Geri thought his sense of humor was immature and he found her too possessive. She's upset about it all. She thought she may be able to make things work this time but her miserable track record with men continues."...
