THE BASICS:
Q: Can you list all the main officers of Reno and give a brief description about them?
A: Lieutenant Jim Dangle~A homosexual Lieutenant who leads the misfit cops onto a lot their crazy assignments. He often hits on Deputy Jones and has random randevues with Wiegel. He also has the the worst luck with having his bicycle stolen.
Deputy S. Jones~A good looking African-American man who is very confident with himself and gets along with everyone quite nicely. He also seems to be the only normal deputy 90% of the time. He had a relationship with Deputy Raineesha Williams, but is now bedding another deputy, Clementine Johnson. He often goes out on cases with Deputy James Garcia.
Deputy Raineesha Williams~ A sassy funny cop, who doesnt take crap from anyone. She tries to find ways of making her job a little less miserable. She has many children who we have yet to meet.
Deputy Travis Junior~Often seen wearing his bullet proof vest on the outside of his uniform, he doesnt seem to take the job to seriously...or he does, he just isn't a serious person. He also works in the K-9 unit training dogs on how to be great cop hounds, which doesn't seem to be working.
Deputy Trudy Wiegel ~Most of her colleagues think she is retarded, but she adds a lot of life to the department. She has had a relationship with a psycho serial killer and goes on some of the most outrageous calls.
Deputy James Garcia~A racist and a sexist, Garcia has been working in the Reno department for over 15 years. He has had many randevues with deputy Johnson (who hasn't?) and although he has served as a deputy for such a long time, he seems to have the worst aim out of all of his colleagues.
Deputy Clementine Johnson ~ Probably the skankiest cop you'll ever get the pleasure of knowing, she is never too shy. In the first season, she got married and then quickly divorced and had a pregnancy scare. Life is never too boring for Johnson.
Deputy Kimball ~She is often called a lesbian, but she's (preaty) certain she is not. She is very realigious and her cousin is Trvais Junior.
Q: What is Deputy Jones' first name?
A: All we know about his first name is that it starts with an S. His first name is never said.
Q: Who is the father of Wiegel's baby?
A: Wiegel went to a sperm bank, wich all the men in the Reno Sheriff's Department have gone too. So it was insinuated that the father of her baby is one of the male Deputys. The father is acctually Craig, her serial killer boyfriend.

Since you asked.... Hi everyone! Recently I've been asked the same questions over and over, so I thought I'd better just address the subject here so I don't have to keep writing individual messages about it. No, I'm not on Reno 911 anymore. No, I didn't leave on my own. No, I didn't see it coming. No, I wasn't the only one who was dismissed. No, it wasn't because we weren't doing a good job - in this business you don't necessarily get hired because you're good, and you don't necessarily get let go because you're bad. Yes, I was on the set of THE OFFICE when I found out. Yes, I was disappointed at first, but as Sophia Loren used to say, "Don't cry over anything that won't cry over you." Five seasons and a movie was a good run, and I'm surprised that it lasted that long. I'm grateful to have been a part of the show but believe me, it was really time to move on and play other types of weird women - maybe someone who wears a turtleneck! We wrapped season 5 in April of 2007, so I've been away from the show for 2 years. It's a distant, bittersweet memory now. So thanks to all of you for liking my character! Thanks for the emails. Part of the enjoyment of being on Reno was being partners with Jones- I will miss that. Cedric and I still perform live and we bring that chemistry to the stage on college campuses- so I can enjoy it in another way. 5 seasons and a Movie is a pretty good run. I am actively trying to create more opportunities for myself- we will see if the "showbiz gods" comply with my efforts. In September of 08 I received an email from Ben, Tom and Kerri that I would not be coming back for season 6. Hope to see you out there at live appearances Thanks again- Carlos

Q:What are all the running gags on the show?
Dangle gets his bike stolen. Garcia can't shoot. Kimball is frequntly asked if she is a lesbian. Dangle tells Weigel to keep the bird in her mouth quiet and the monkey in her brain put away.
Q: Where does the film fit into the series?
A: It is not too important that you watch the film with the show in chronical order, but it came out during season 4.
Q: Why was it cancelled?
A: It was announced on August 13th, 2009, 1:30 pm, that Comedy Central would not be ordering a seventh season of Reno. Thomas Lennon made the cancellation public via tweet. Below are some of the actor's responses to the news.

[article by Garant]"To tell the truth, getting dumped by Comedy Central feels kinda like a wake-up call. If they hadn't fired us, we honestly never woulda quit. I love doing 'Reno.' It was fun. it was good. People loved it. I woulda kept doing it for years.I feel like I was in an abusive relationship that we were never gonna walk out of, and then I got dumped. It feels (bad). The last season was the best by far, and the funnest -- and it was gonna keep getting better. But honestly -- I'm glad we're forced to move on. We had a great run on 'Reno' -- 87 episodes and a movie. Not too shabby. I do feel bad for the fans. They feel gypped. They're expressing that already, but -- our next show is gonna be better, and it's gonna have a lot of the same faces from 'Reno.' The 'Reno' family will live. In the TV. To tell the truth, I was thinking that 'Reno' was gonna be my last TV show. We were all thinking that. Movies are very, very good to me; What do I need TV for? But, no. Getting fired in a kinda crappy way makes me wanna do another show. What's that Squeeze song? 'Now knowing I am single They'll be fire in my eyes.' We're gonna do a new show."
