Guy gets a job caring for a failing bed and breakfast while the owner is out of town. A magazine article about a nearby sex therapy center mistakenly lists the address and phone number of the BB. So guests start showing up at the BB, expecting sex therapy. The guy sees an opportunity to save the BB, get some action, and impress the owner's sister. It's a mindless little storyline, but serves its purpose.

There are eight sex scenes. Seven are straight boy/girl scenes and one starts out girl/girl, but becomes boy/girl/girl. All the sex scenes are well done. The sounds of the actors are audible and there aren't any awkward or abrupt endings. All the women are attractive and there is a good variety of them. All but one of them were new to me. Of the women, I liked Georgia Adair (two scenes), Ander Page (1 scene), and Kelsey (1 scene) the most. I wish they would have given Ander Page another scene. I also hope that both her and Georgia Adair do more things in the future because both of them are knockouts.

There was one thing that annoyed me. In the video, there is one place where we get to see about two seconds of a boy/girl scene (I didn't include it in the counts above). In the "behind the scenes" extra, you can see that there was a lot more. That it was shot as a full sex scene. Why wasn't it included? Playboy! Get your priorities straight! I don't watch these things for the story and dialog.
