Christopher Plummer only spent two days on the set. He was shooting one day, each with Dennis Quaid and Stephen Dorff.

Goofs:

Revealing mistakes: When the Tilson's first explore the grounds, they pass an ancient, rusted-out truck. The chrome on the headlights and the grill of the truck, however, are shiny and glistening. Throughout the opening of the house, we see that the amount of dust and wear are not consistent with other shots.

Actually pretty good....

This movie seems at first to be a pretty standard thriller with a few cheap thrills and scares but nothing suprising. But as the movie goes on it becomes more taught and very interesting.

I really enjoyed this movie. I felt that the pacing of the movie was good and so was the acting. Although the story has it's minor problems but, the intense performances and the very detailed direction keep this movie afloat, and it keeps you on the edge of your seat.

I thought that the ending could have been better but it's Hollywood, so don't expect much. Like i said the performances and the good directing are what makes this movie work.
