Harry Gribbon is a masseur. He's sent out on a couple of jobs. After the first one goes poorly, it's on to the next. Before he can get there, he's mistaken for a fall guy in a fake accident racket ring.
This late Harry Gribbon short is amusing mostly for the sheer amount of mock violence it uses. Not only are manglings threatened, but large urns are broken over peoples' heads, and others get clobbered by baseball bats -- although the sound the bats make when they hit someone on the noggin sounds suspiciously weak and reedy.
That's because a lot of these movie props were fakes, designed to look dangerous, but actually designed not to hurt people if they were handled right. A lot of people know that the bottles broken over peoples' heads in fight scenes were actually made of sugar. I expect the urn used here was too, and as for the bats...
