- Most of the female characters end up completely naked. There are a couple of scenes where 'Killer' has dead, naked women in his apartment. 'Killer' also has sexually explicit cuttings from pornographic magazines stuck to the walls of his apartment, which are shown in some shots.

- There are moments of strong bloody, and sexual violence. The victims are usually naked as they are killed. One woman is gagged and tied to a tree whilst her clothes are cut off. A woman has her head dunked repeatedly into a bath. There is a throat slitting with a meat cleaver. There are several stabs to the crotch area.

- There is frequent profanity in the film, including multiple uses of 'fuck' and cunt. 'Killer' is racist, and uses the word 'nigger' a few times.

- It's likely that the main concern of the film is that prostitutes are killed in a graphic way- a mixture of sex and violence. 'Killer' is a psychotic loner who almost slits his wrists and talks about committing suicide. We learn that he kills because he walked in on his mother making love to a black man, who kills her. 'Killer' does not get his comeuppance in the end.
