Mark Millar Defends Writer Hired For ‘Wanted 2′

22 April 2009 5:22 PM, PDT | ScreenRant.com | See recent Screen Rant news »

Last week, we reported Evan Spiliotopoulos was set to write Wanted 2–the other comic book movie. Yeah, you read that right, the writer who wrote Pooh’s Heffalump Movie and The Nutty Professor is writing the sequel to last year’s just-above-average summer “blockbuster.” Mark Millar, graphic novel creator and producer of the sequel, tried to quiet concerns but the Spiliotopoulos’ repertoire speaks for itself.

Millar, opting to create a story with producers instead of writing another comic book, had a number of comments on his message board regarding the issue. He had this to say in response:

“Never listen to any commentators as they never know anything about who’s coming back, etc. It’s just speculation and 99% of the time these guys don’t have access to the people who know. ‘Wanted 2′ is being made in a very tight circle at the moment.”

She plays the role of Blair Cramer in One Life to Live - in over 300 episodes! He's done everything in his power to control the life of his ex-wife, Britney Spears! One of his very first movies was WarGames, a cult classic now. He's famous for many reasons, but perhaps you'll remember him best as Inspector Gadget? We're not quite sure what originally made her famous, but she's a household name, sort of like Madonna, but we call her Rosie. First up, Sirius Black of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Gary Oldman, 51, has quite a long and distinguished career. »
