Spotlight on Location seems to be one of those features that is on a lot of Universal Pictures' DVDs. SPOTLIGHT ON LOCATION: AMERICAN PIE [or THE MAKING OF AMERICAN PIE as it is know on the DVD] is one of the better ones though. Instead of just explaining the plot like most of them do, this one actually tell you how the movie was made. Sure, AMERICAN PIE is an awful movie, but this featurette almost makes the movie worth buying.
