Just before Jesus is crucified, the crown of thorns falls off of His head before He is nailed to the cross. Before the cross gets raised up, the crown of thorns is back on His head. It was probably implied that they Roman soldiers placed the crown of thorns back on Jesus's head offscreen.
The flogging scene is wrong as both Roman and Jewish temple guards mock Jesus while he's being scourged. Since the Romans were flogging Jesus, Jewish temple guards would have not been permitted to partake in the scourging.
