• Continuity: When Cassie and Dan are in a tavern, her glass changes positions twice on the table.
  
  
• Continuity: Just before Luke Fraser crashes his car on the highway, he looks up and sees a bridge. When we see the crash, there is no bridge in sight.
  
  
• Anachronisms: The buried Christian church with its elaborate bas relief - the premise upon which the story is built - belongs at least a millennium later than the archeologist's asserted "1st century" date. Christianity at that time was a tiny, obscure, Jewish sect that met in people's homes in and around Palestine (a long way from England.) The gospels weren't even written until the last third of the 1st century, let alone cathedrals with renaissance statuary built on the other side of the known world.
  
  

• Revealing mistakes: (At 35:24) Luke Fraser puts an Art Gallery DVD into a standalone DVD player, whose remote control is clearly sitting on top of the player, but he interacts with the disc using a mouse as if it were in a computer's DVD-ROM drive. You can't connect a mouse to a standalone DVD player - it only works with its remote control.
