Co-ed Training is a great workout show for that early get up and go workout. It combines strength training with cardiovascular aerobics for the total body. It also has a great and attractive cast including: Deprise Brescia former Venus Swimwear model, Shawnae Jebbia, former Miss USA, and Carol Grow better known for her show on E! Entertainment. All 3 women are incredibly beautiful with Shawnae leading the pack with her firm body and perfectly toned and sexy legs.
