If it was the intent of the writing then I should have given this film a higher rating than 2 out of 10, but I was so embarrassed for the roles that the actors played that I was literally writhing in my seat out of discomfort. Very little reason was given for the bizarre circumstances of the movie (young doctor with his own practice? and he can't get girls?) but that didn't sink it so much as the silly situations that the characters found themselves in. Likeable performances by Tim Dowling and Jennifer Jostyn, at least.

Dr. Benny is Hilarious

A friend of mine took me to this movie and I was screaming with laughter almost the whole time. Who is Nolan Lebovitz? His movie was better than 95% of the movies out now. The amazing thing is the films way of dealing with sexual comedy in a way that is never in bad taste. Just flat out funny and really captures the way guys really are. Fans of the TV show "Lost" will discover a GREAT early performance from Josh Holloway. The movie also contains a wonderful performance from the late Broadway star Nell Carter. I would love to see more flicks from this Lebovitz guy. If you can get your hands on this movie, I would highly recommend checking it out.
going to the Doctor made fun again!

So I got bored last week and walked into this small rental shop down the street and wandered upon a fantastic movie about a virgin OBGYN. It was a really funny movie that I am telling all my friends about. As a woman who frequents the Doctors office---it made it even better! The performances were fantastic and I really enjoyed the writing. So many good one liners.... Any woman who has ever been to the Doctor should see this movie!!! I wanted to write this review because I had never heard of this movie before and when I asked around, no one I spoke to had either and I really think this movie should be seen! I loved it!!!!!!
