Very Mild. Fuller asks Lewis if he's been "fucking" Venna. Lewis pranks a trucker on a radio and says he's a girl and the trucker says he'd take off her top. Fuller tries to seduce Venna and when they arrive at the hotel Fuller is glad that there are adult channels. You see Fuller's and Lewis's nude butts going into a burger stop for about a minute.

The killer murders a man in his hotel room (nothing is seen but it's implied). Later Fuller and Lewis see the man in the hospital and his jaw is ripped off (not very graphic). A trucker terrorizes two men, and at the end the end of the movie he ties Venna to a chair and if someone opens the door a gun will shoot her. The trucker sticks a wire in Fuller's legs (some blood is visible). The police find a dead body with blood on the floor.

Moderate use of "Fuck" and "Shit" But nothing pervasive.

Bar scenes show people getting drunk

The whole movie is very intense, and has a lot of terrifying moments.
