- A woman has a nightmare in which she follows a trail of blood, it leads her to a tomb with a still beating human heart lying on top of it. Blood can be seen squirting out of it's veins, the woman looks at her hands which are bloody. She looks at her stomach and it appears that her heart has been removed, she screams and wakes up.
- A woman gets slashed across her stomach with a razor, a few minutes later she gets decapitated by a pendulum. Her headless corpse can be seen.
