Farscape creator Rockne O'Bannon's Cult pilot picked up by CW. Intriguingly, O'Bannon also wrote 1998 James Caan starrer Alien Nation, and worked on several segments of The Twilight Zone from 1985-1986, wrote the "Life on Death Row" episode of Amazing Stories, which I remember, oddly enough, and also wrote teleplays for Fatal Error and Creature. Cult from Warner Bros. Television and Fake Empire, tells of a young female production assistant on a very popular TV show called "Cult" who joins with a journalist blogger to investigate fans of the series who may be re-creating crimes which they have seen on the program.
