This was the first theatrical feature film to deal with the subject of heterosexual AIDS and it did so in an intelligent, thoughtful manner. The cast was all local (Miami FL) talent, as was the crew. With a very limited budget and a tight schedule, I feel THE VICTIMS turned out quite well.
