Sex & Nudity

  • Cartman grabs a megaphone and tells Mr. Garrison to suck his balls..
  • In Hell, Saddam Hussein appears to show Satan his penis. After a few seconds, it is shown that it is fake. He then does it again right after, but the penis is fake again.
  • We hear moaning while the boys watch a sex video on the computer (we briefly see an animated man and woman having sex and a woman preparing to perform fellatio).
  • One of the Canadian duo mentions the other taking their picture with a d*ck in their mouth after having fallen asleep. As such, the Mole references licking Barney the Dinosaur's privates
  • A visual joke is made to suggest that a woman shoots ping-pong balls from her vagina (we see her viewpoint of looking through her spread legs), but a few moments later, it is shown that she's hitting them with a paddle instead.
  • Saddam Hussein pole dances.
  • When Stan asks Chef, "How do you make a woman like you?" He says, "You just have to find the clitoris." Stan asks what that means, and Chef realizes he said this to a kid and tries to make him forget about it.
  • Mr Mackey briefly sings about sex with women and giving hand jobs for crack.
  • Lots of sexual innuendo, including references to masturbation, bestiality, incest, and homosexuality.
  • A man is seen wearing a bikini.
  • Later on, Big Gay Al is seen with his butt showing and wears a revealing outfit exposing his hairy chest and his nipple.
  • Many angels' breasts are clearly seen for a few seconds (this is animated nudity) when Kenny dies and tries to go to heaven.
  • A man shows a small boy a picture showing a man humping a horse. Although the man is clothed, you can't see his genitals.
  • There are animated bare male buttocks and bikini clad men; also, we see two photos of real male penises
  • Liane Cartman describes what a rim job is and says that it is someone who "licks someone's ass."
  • A character at a USO show is named "Big Gay Al," a flamboyantly gay man who does a number with men dressed in skimpy shorts and underwear that show some pubic hair. At the end, we see Al's (cartoon) penis.

Violence & Gore

  • Cartman zaps Saddam Hussein with a V-Chip and burnt ashes are seen on him every time says a swear word. He zaps overpowering him, and he electrocutes him many times and on a stone (no blood).
  • A soldier shooting at the air gets blown up with a bomb dropped on him.
  • Keep in mind that the film is in construction-paper cutout animation style, so detail is limited. However, when the violence is depicted, it is usually over-the-top, and in an exaggerated way for comedic purposes.
  • Amid a war, parts of individuals carry weapons and blades. A few individuals are shot with brief spurts of blood. At one point, two men shoot at restricting troopers, much more blood in this scene than the other war scenes. A man is assaulted with a chainsaw, parts of blood. Numerous bodies and EXPLICIT animated violence counting separated heads, appendages and eyeballs rolling from the beat.
  • Bombs are dropped on people, though not very graphic. Also, Cartman has a V-Chip on him so whenever he swears, the chip shocks his head in pain.
  • Conan O'Brien commits suicide by jumping off of a building, and lands on a car. Lots of blood.

Profanity

  • The amount of the movie's language is bad. However, most of it is in the first half of the movie.
  • 144 F-words and 88 S-words.
  • Bad language in this movie is more pervasive than the original series.
  • Some uses of religious profanity, blasphemy, and God's name in vain are heard.
  • Some formal words for sexual body parts are used, such as "scrotum", "testicle", and "clitoris".
  • The words "fart", "turd", "screw", "retard", "rimjob", "twit", "brat", "stupid", "god", "holy", and "shut up" were also used.
  • The word "cunt" was used once, but some would pass it off as "cock", and it might be captioned as "cock" instead of "cunt".
  • The movie has exactly 399 swear words. If the movie had 1 more swear word it would be rated NC-17 strictly for adults, so you can imagine how close it is to being just for adults.
  • During Cartman's famous song "Kyle's Mom's a Bitch", Cartman says the word 'bitch' a total of 56 times.
  • Cartman says swear words during a fight like "Respect my fucking authoritah," "hey! Don't call me fat, buttfucker," "dog shit taco," "blood drenched frozen tampon popsicle," "fuck! Shit! Cock! Ass! Titties! Boner! Bitch! Muff! Pussy! Cunt! Butthole! Barbra Streisand," all in one line.
  • During the song "Uncle Fucka", the F-word was said 23 times.
  • The whole plot is based on swearing.
  • There is a total of 399 curse words said.
  • One use of 'Barbra Streisand'.
  • HBO content advisory: rated R for nudity (N), graphic violence (GV), graphic language (GL), and adult content (AC).
  • Many uses of "shit" and "fuck" throughout.
  • Due to the crowded noise, the often rapid-fire delivery of profanities, and similarly paced songs contain almost nothing but swearing. The following count should be considered a bare minimum, and in addition, some of the following words or phrases are also seen in written form during the film and most are said by third graders.
  • There are many profane insults about God which may offend some viewers. A boy referred to as "The Mole" rails against God in numerous hate-filled diatribes.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • During the song "It's Easy, M'Kay?", Mr. Mackey mentions "drugs and alcohol".
  • Saddam Hussein is seen holding a martini cocktail randomly throughout the film.
  • Various characters hold or smoke cigars including a military general and a man in hell. One character, who is a minor, is seen smoking several times.
  • The boys give a man $10 to "buy a bottle of vodka" so he'll be their adult guardian and admit them to see an R-rated movie.
  • The Guidance Counselor, Mr. Mackey, sings a song where the lyrics involve "homeless on the streets giving hand jobs for crack" and "shooting up in the trash".

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The movie is much darker and serious than the show.
  • In a running gag, Stan pukes on Wendy. This can trigger emetophobia (phobia of vomit).
  • People are shot, sawed, beaten, crushed, blown up, committing suicide, tortured, punished, executed, and shocked (some involving kids) and the results are gory.
  • This is one of the most inappropriate animated movies of all time, still behind movies such as Fritz the Cat.
  • Kenny's gruesome operation can be disturbing to some viewers.
  • A war is seen with tons of exaggerated violence.

Then, a truck dumps a pile of salt on him. He is then sent to the emergency room for surgery, and the doctors graphically tear out and cut pieces of his flesh and organs. His heart is then microwaved with a baked potato, and then the potato is put inside his chest. There is a shot of his completely burned face. His chest explodes, splashing guts and blood all over the place and on his friends, showing his empty chest cavity with protruding ribs.
