Sex & Nudity

  • Some episodes touched on serious topics such as prostitution, sexual related matters, but compared to "Bey" or "Springer" it was never sensational and never got graphic.

Violence & Gore

  • The show occasionally gets confrontational and sometimes a little violent. One famous example is Roy Innis fighting with Al Sharpton and he violently throws him to the floor. But it's mild.

Profanity

  • Sometimes cursing, but never usually the type that gets bleeped.
  • However one episode had Morton saying "p***y" (uncensored) apparently for a dog's name but the way he said it was crude humor. So some TV-MA/R (but not hard R like "Bey") language.
  • For the "****y" episode, ratings advisory: rated TV-MA-L for adult language (AL) and adult content (AC).
  • For most airings: rated TV-PG (depending, sometimes there will be a ratings reason bumper) for violence (V), adult language (AL), and adult content (AC) (as the show sometimes gets out of hand with violent fights and confrontation). Sometimes TV-PG-L or even TV-PG-LV on the very heated episodes such as the Detroit or Harlem episodes which had Al Sharpton get knocked out by Roy Innis.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Some serious episodes are about drugs and drinking in the community.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • It set the stage for Richard Bey and many like him, so yes, there are intense episodes, but this is peaceful next to "Bey" and "Springer."
