- While in a strip club, a man attempts to have sex with a woman against her will. He grabs at her and puts his mouth on her clothed breasts but he is stopped.
- A man and woman are seen in their underwear while shooting a skin flick. They crawl into a bathtub (still wearing underwear) and the woman begins to kiss the man's shoulder. They both moan in a pretty goofy manner. This scene is mainly humorous.
- A stripper is seen removing her clothes, she is shown topless in numerous shots. In a few shots we see that she is not wearing any panties (pubic hair shown).
- A man offers to pay a woman if she will "do sucking" for him.
Violence & Gore

- There is a lot of bloody, graphic violence in this film, but the effects usually don't look very convincing.
- A man is strangled with piano wire onscreen with some blood before he falls onto...the sharp side of a staircase or whatever, which impales him onscreen with more blood. His dismembered limbs are later seen.
- A woman's leg is caught in a bear trap. A little blood is shown and this is onscreen.
- A man is set on fire
- A woman is beheaded. This is onscreen. (Effect looks intentionally ridiculous)
- A man's arm is sliced with a sword. Some blood is shown and it is onscreen.
- Numerous people are seen being stabbed to death, although the killer is not shown. The results are bloody and onscreen.
- A man's face and upper body are burned when a large lamp falls on him. This is onscreen and pretty disturbing.
- A man is decapitated by a pane of glass. This is offscreen but we see his bloody severed head afterwards.
- A sword drives all the way through a woman's torso and pins her to a wall onscreen. Some blood is shown.

- Infrequent use of "Fuck" and "Shit" among other minor profanities.

- One character gets drunk and starts grabbing another against her will. Social drinking.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Most likely rated R for strong graphic bloody violence, some language, sexual references, and a scene of graphic nudity
- Some of the murders are sudden and very graphic and may be disturbing for some.
- A woman becomes possessed in one scene; this scene is a bit creepy
