First of all, I would like to say that Harrison Ford is a very charismatic actor in my country and everybody likes him, because he represents the real American men.
In Air Force One he plays the president, a Vietnam war hero, who was an expert in special operations.
This movie represents so well the heroism of a group of people when high-jacked that their minds go: We cannot let this filthy terrorists to complete their purposes!
American president James Marshall (Ford), the Commander in Chief, gives his best to protect his family, because that is the most important thing for an American father. Fantastic script: you never really know what's going to happen until the last minute. Wonderful cast: Glen Close plays a very credible vice-president, William Macy and Paul Guilfoyle are brilliant too. The soundtrack by Jerry Goldsmith is OK too.
If you want to have a good time just watch this excellent movie.
