11 February 1996Father Peter Clifford arrives at his new church in Ballykissangel, a town filled with extravagant confessionals, bartenders who loathe organized religion and many more colorful characters he'll soon to get to know.
18 February 1996While trying to save a caravan family from losing their home, Peter is greeted by a young woman from his past and rumors begin to circle when the two are seen together.
25 February 1996After a near miss from a falling statue of a saint, Ambrose feels he has a vocation, being pulled towards the priesthood. However doing so means ending his engagement to Niamh.
3 March 1996Ballykissangel gets their very own radio show, with a mystery host that Ambrose is determined to find. In the meantime, Father Clifford takes driving lessons with Asumpta in order to prepare for his upcoming test.
10 March 1996Following the death of a local politician, Brian Quigley begins campaigning for the vacant position and along the way digs up some startling material.
17 March 1996Brian Quigley brings a fair to the town, along with his own bar and grill, putting Asumpta out of business for the weekend. But while Assumpta contemplates the possibility that she might lose her business, Father Clifford must accept his possible departure from BallyK.
5 January 1997Due to the recent 'slave auction', Assumpta belongs to Father Macanally, Father Clifford belongs to Assumpta, Brendan belongs to Siobhan and Brian Quigley belongs to Donal. To complicate things further, Assumpta and Father Clifford must play lovers in an upcoming stage production.
12 January 1997While Enda Sullivan searches for gold in the Angel river that runs through BallyK, the community protests the recent decision from the board to remove one of the town's most beloved school teachers, Brendan.
Season 2, Episode 3: In the Can
19 January 1997While Brian Quigley embarks on making a tourism video for Ballykissangel, Father Clifford starts a new folk mass trying to bring more people into the church. Meanwhile, Enda takes Assumpta out on a date and Ambrose must deal with Niamh's strange food cravings.
26 January 1997After discovering an abandoned baby on his doorstep, Peter decides that the young adults of Ballykissangel need an education in relationships. Meanwhile, bad things happen in threes with Ambrose and Niamh when a series of accidents threatens to turn their lives around.
2 February 1997Brian gets a new attractive, flirtatious housekeeper, much to the annoyance of Niamh. Feeling low and unwanted, Niamh is no help to Assumpta who is short staffed behind the bar. But things begin to look up as Niamh shows she is the only one who knows how to control Brendan's new pack of 9 year old delinquents.
9 February 1997It's time for the Ballykissangel festival and this year there will be many new additions, one of which will be a beauty contest organized by Brian Quigley. Niamh is also planning a dance routine for the kids, but one young delinquent is harder to manage than she thought. Also love is in the air, or is it?
16 February 1997After a fire destroys Kathleen's house, the villagers pull together to rebuild and refurbish her house. Unfortunately with limited funding, they're stuck for ways to boost the money, perhaps a day at the racetracks and a turn of the cards will give them what they need.
23 February 1997A panic spreads around the town when a rumor circulates that two men from the revenue service are in town. It seems that everyone, from Brian to Eamon, has something to hide.
21 December 1997Christmas is looking a bit dreary for Peter, Assumpta and Brian who all have their own troubles. But things get a bit more exciting on Christmas Day when Padraig's son Kevin falls down a mine shaft.
1 March 1998Just a few days away from giving birth, Niamh seems to be handling the situation far better than Ambrose is. And at the church a sweating statue has everyone, except for Father Clifford, believing in miracles.
8 March 1998Sparing Niamh the trouble of sleepless nights, Ambrose is looking after baby Kieran during the wee hours of the morning. The town is divided over Brian's decision to develop through the natural forest and Peter and Assumpta must both make big decisions.
15 March 1998With Peter and Assumpta gone, everyone is rushed off their feet. Father MacAnally must serve both Cilldargin and BallyK, Niamh struggles to retain even the regulars at the pub while nurturing baby Kieran. And on top of it all, Brian Quigley is relying on everyone to welcome some Korean visitors who may be able to land him a solid business deal.
22 March 1998Times are hard in BallyK, Brian is on the verge of bankruptcy, Niamh is still juggling the bar and Kieran, and Donal and Liam are out of a job. Then Brian takes a rather sudden and surprising interest in Ambrose's mother, Imelda.
29 March 1998Both Peter and Assumpta return, Peter from his vacation and Assumpta from London where she tied the knot with her old college boyfriend Leo. In an effort to liven things up in the bar, Father Clifford organizes a bar tournament against Cilldargin.
5 April 1998Father Mac suffers from a small heart attack and takes a few days to rest, leaving Peter to hold up the fort in BallyKay and Cilldargin. Brian's financial situation worsens and Niamh signs herself on as his business partner.
Season 3, Episode 8: Lost Sheep
12 April 1998Siobhan is stunned when she discovers she is pregnant and is confused as to what to do. Meanwhile, many are shocked when a young woman comes to Ballykissangel looking for her elder sister and Assumpta's marriage takes a turn for the worse.
19 April 1998The whole town gets very anxious as they wait for the anonymous lottery winner in Ballykissangel to claim their prize. Ambrose goes undercover at a pub in Cilldargin.
26 April 1998Brian Quigley starts up a paint ball camp while Padraig and Kevin receive an unexpected family member. Assumpta returns to Ballykissangel as a single woman and Siobhan and Brendan learn of the baby's gender.
3 May 1998Peter finally admits his true feelings for Assumpta while the town participates in a Far East cooking competition and Brian Quigleys sure to make a business out of it.
4 May 1998Ballykissangel is in mourning after the recent tragedy when a journalist stumbles into the town searching for a story. Peter must come to a decision about what he must do as a priest and the choices he must make for himself.
20 September 1998As Fitzgerald's goes up for auction, many new strangers arrive in town, some more welcome than others. And the town is anticipating their new priest, a former monk.
27 September 1998While Eamon tries to rid his farm of invading foxes, Father Aidan begins working miracles on the sick. Father MacAnally however is skeptical as to the legality of these miracles.
4 October 1998Siobhan prepares for a water birth, Father Aidan has financial troubles, Sean Dillon's daughter arrives in Bally K and Niamh continues to move into her new home.
11 October 1998A roaming stranger wanders around Ballykissangel as Siobhan and Brendan argue over their daughter's christening. Brian persuades a friend of Orla's to partner with him in buying a golf course.
18 October 1998Donal's new companion, a black bear, is roaming around the village wrecking havoc while Kevin secretly starts working with Sean.
Season 4, Episode 6: Turf
23 October 1998The town is virtually deserted as everyone heads to the annual horse race where Doctor Ryan is in danger of losing to Danny's Razor. Meanwhile, back in town, Ambrose tackles a Cilldargin drug dealer he once arrested.
1 November 1998At the grand opening of Brian's golf course, Micky comes face to face with an enemy from the past. Then, Danny steals back his horse from Sean and his injury gets worse.
8 November 1998Padraig's life falls apart at the seams causing his drinking to get even worse. A fertility statue is uncovered on Sean's farm and Fitzgerald's gets satellite T.V.
15 November 1998An old friend of Father MacAnally's returns to Ballykissangel for a visit with news of a promotion to the Vatican. In the meantime, Emma and Danny get stranded together when the heavy rain sets in.
22 November 1998While Siobhan and Brendan prepare for their simple and secret wedding, Emma goes around the village digging up her family's past. Then Eamon has an accident and Niamh and Ambrose feel that their marriage has lost its meaning.
29 November 1998The tension between Niamh and Ambrose continues and Niamh leaves Ambrose for the day. Donal and Liam look for extra cash in golf balls that have been lost in the river and Kathleen gets an unexpected visit from an old sweetheart.
6 December 1998A massive storm sweeps over Ballykissangel and has everyone running for cover. Niamh confronts her feelings for Sean and Ambrose confronts his marriage with Niamh.
26 September 1999As Niamh and Sean come to a decision about their relationship, Brian, Orla, Liam and Donal compete in a hot air balloon race over Ballykissangel.
3 October 1999The sudden loss in Ballykissangel has left everyone in tears, particularly Niamh who must deal with the new changes in her life. In the meantime, Orla moves into a new cottage hoping for some freedom.
10 October 1999While Niamh, Sean and Brian try to get back to normal life, Liam and Donal stumble across a crate of expensive caviar that could cause them more harm than good.
Season 5, Episode 4: Moving Out
17 October 1999Due to the escalating tension between Emma and Sean, Emma leaves home. Meanwhile, Niamh decides she must leave as well, but to Dublin.

24 October 1999It's Kieran 4th birthday and Imelda has come for a visit, creating tension between her and Niamh. Tension also surfaces on the seas when Orla brings a famous book editor on board Connor's boat.
31 October 1999As Niamh moves out of Fitzgerald's to begin her new life in Dublin, Paul Dooley, an old enemy of Brian Quigley, moves in with his wife Oonagh and their two children. In the meantime, Conor's attempts to arrange a romantic date for Orla go terribly wrong.
7 November 1999Brendan applies for the position of headmaster, but his chances at securing the post are looking bleak considering his competition and the interview panel.
21 November 1999Donal's uncle Minto returns to Bally K with a dangerous new business proposal, just in time for the arrival of the new garda.
28 November 1999Frankie finds it hard to feel connected to the village when she orders Paul to 50 hours of community service to make up for his crime. Also, Brian begins to feel lonely without Niamh and Kieran.
5 December 1999Father Aidan starts looking for choir singers but finds it hard to rally up volunteers. As well Sean decides to visit Niamh in Dublin.
19 December 1999Niamh and Sean announce their news to the village, but while some are very supportive, others are a little unsure about the decision. In the meantime, Donal and Liam try their luck at gambling and Father Aidan organizes a raft race.
28 December 1999While Niamh and Sean prepare to say 'I do,' Frankie sets out to find a reckless, young driver and Paul gets a visit from a friend from prison.

1 March 2001Father Vincent Sheahan arrives in Ballykissangel, from Australia, and quickly learns the ways of the villagers as he deals with a new online confessional and the mysterious disappearance of Brian Quigley.

4 March 2001Father Vincent is arrested for drunk driving as Paul sets his sights on Louis's run down shack.
11 March 2001Vincent hears a confessional that could be the answer a mysterious assault. Grainne's pet goat turns out to be just what Avril's horse, The Cat, needs.
18 March 2001Mysterious things start to happen around Ballkissangel when Paul acquires a fishing license for the pub. Kathleen wins a car and takes driving lessons from Edso.
25 March 2001Paul has a large debt to pay to Liam and Donal, and he hasn't got much time. Avril gets an unpleasant shock when a couple arrives in Ballykissangel for the weekend.
Season 6, Episode 6: In a Jam
1 April 2001While Siobhan waits for medical test results, the village holds its annual fete where Father Sheahan will judge the jam competition.
8 April 2001A faith healer has Doc Ryan and Father Mac annoyed while Paul orders Liam and Donal to move a mass rock. Then a good friend of Vincent's turns up hoping to get married in St. Joseph's.
15 April 2001In the series finale of Ballykissangel, Father Mac is appalled when he learns of the wedding Father Sheahan officiated, Paul gets a tempting offer and someone is found taking cannabis from a nearby field.
