- A man and three women sexually make-out with each other at a club while onlookers cheer them on. Explicit shots of them licking each others tongues, and one close-up of the man rubbing one of the woman's crotch above her pants. No nudity.

- Several boys assault another young man with skateboards and savagely beat him until he is bloody and unconscious. Another boy then spits on the man's face. There's a reference to the possibility that the man may have died from this.
- A graphic scene where a boy rapes an unconscious girl; the scene is long, and the camera doesn't cut. We see the boy's bare buttocks, a little pubic hair, labia, and her bare legs, and the boy caresses her clothed breasts as he thrusts forcefully. This scene goes on for a few minutes.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Jenny is offered a ketamine pill in a club, at first she declines, but the pill is physically placed in her mouth.
- Drugs and alcohol are consumed by minors throughout the film. Four boys (probably around 10-11 years old) are seen passing around a joint. Some are seen high/drunk as a result, and others are seen as passed out (there is a scene in which a girl experiences a drug high from a pill, lot's of scenes where adolescents are depicted consuming alcohol and smoking cannabis). There is also a brief scene of an intoxicated teenage boy smoking a cigarette.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The beating in the park is very frightening and graphic.
- The entire film explores promiscuity in teenagers. It is filmed in a documentary style way that makes it feel very realistic and confronts its matters in a very (implied) explicit style. The entire film is disturbing and uncomfortable to watch.

- One of the main characters is an older teen with a predatory sexual interest in specifically preteen, pubescent, and virgin girls, and spends the majority of the film pursuing them for sex. He utilizes coercive tactics in order to convince reluctant partners, is sexually rough with them, does not use protection, and views them as conquests he abandons quickly after, though he details the encounters in graphic detail to others. He is unaware he is HIV+ and has been exposing his partners.
- A main theme is a young teenage girl learning she has contracted AIDs from a single sexual encounter.
- A graphic scene where a boy rapes an unconscious girl; the scene is long, and the camera doesn't cut. We see the girl's bare buttocks, a little pubic hair, and labia, and the boy caresses her clothed breasts as he thrusts. This scene goes on for about 5 minutes.
