At around 20 minutes in, Reginald, Simon and Jack get into a Mercedes and head for Kowloon. The car is a Mercedes with the steering wheel on the right. Tim Thomersons character is driving.
When they arrive, Thomerson is fake driving without a steering wheel, and Brion James character is driving for real with the steering wheel on the left in the car, hidden under black plastic as to not be seen.
Most likely because the first part of the scene was shot in Hong Kong, where one drives on the left, and the second part in the Philippines where one drives on the right.

The car they travel in changes between a Mercedes Benz E-class (W124) and a smaller C-class (W201). Most likely the E-class is from scenes shot in Hong Kong, and the C-class from scenes shot in the Philippines.
A caption at the end of the movie gives the wrong date. "7:34 A.M. JULY 30, 1997 Hong Kong is again the possession of the People's Republic of China. It was business as usual..." This should read "JULY 1". A caption at the beginning of the movie correctly gave a date of "JUNE 30".
When Reg, Simon and Katie enter the lobby in the final shoot-out they enter it from the right. In the background there is a sign saying 'Elevators' with an arrow to the left, but they just came from the elevators so the arrow should be pointing to the right.
When Katie informs a naval officer that her grandfather had been shot in Chinese, the subtitles say 'father' instead of 'grandfather'.
