- A woman and her cousin struggle to ride on a bike with each other and fall over. This is meant to be funny.

- A woman says the word "sisterfuckers" in the opening shot of the opening scene and the same woman as a young girl says the same line at the very end with the full quote "My name is Phoolan Devi, sisterfuckers".
- A man says to a whole village "This thing called me a motherfucker" while dragging Phoolan nude.
- A young girl swears at a group of young boys. She calls them "sons of bitches", "motherfuckers" and an insult "may you marry witches". She says one more line but isn't subtitled.
- The Hindi f-word is spoken and subtitled throughout the film many times; usually as mother****** or sister******.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- What the woman has been through has been intense, nightmarish, dark, emotional and disturbing.
- A woman gets humiliated and blamed by everyone in her home.
- The entire film is very violent, from the beginning to the very end.
- The film deals with themes of child molestation, rape, and revenge at a high level.
- Every rape and killing scene is extremely, realistically and horrifyingly brutal.
Spoilers
Sex & Nudity
- Phoolan gets captured. A man removes his sheet piece of clothing that shows his bare legs. He kicks her. He lifts up his shirt. He unties her legs. He slaps her and lands on her and rapes her. Another man walks in and watches and joins in off-screen. From there, a group of men (one-by-one) come in and take turns. The scene continues with her getting raped while two men softly touch her face and pulls her lips. The scene ends with her hands raising. This rape scene is more severe as it is longer.
- Phoolan and Vikram begin to feel for each other by touching each other and kiss. The scene lasts for about two minutes.
- A man takes a blanket off Phoolan and is stripped butt-naked and forced to walk through the town. She covers her breasts with her arm, but her pubic hair and a side view of her butt is shown throughout the scene.
Violence & Gore
- Vikram drags a man out which turns out to be Phoolan's husband. He gets tied up and Phoolan beats him several times severely. Blood is seen dripping out of his mouth and on his clothes. She becomes full of rage as she drags and shakes his head and dies. During this, she flashes back to her memory (same shot of young Phoolan being abused by him at the beginning of the film). Vikram watches and looks away throughout the scene.
- Phoolan gets captured and gets violently raped continuously by men coming in taking turns one-by-one. It ends with her getting her lips heavily pinched.
- Vikram gets shot and falls down. He gets shot again and screams. He dies.
- Phoolan Devi gets stranded and left in a desert, and almost starves to death. A man feeds her water.
- Phoolan and her gang raid a village where men use to humiliate her and treat her like a laughing stock years ago. They take revenge by taking every man. She shoots two men in the knee. One is shown in close-up with blood all over his knee and the other off-screen. They all gun down every man with extreme and graphic detail. It ends with pool of blood filling the area and a butt-nude baby walks though the place.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The scene where Phoolan takes revenge on her abusive husband by beating him to death is one of the most realistic revenge scenes to come out of Bollywood. It is full of emotion, realism and disturbing.
- Phoolan's men shoot down a whole village of men.
- Phoolan beats her husband to death.
- Vikram gets shot down.
- Phoolan gets captured and raped by many men.
