  • Revealing mistakes: Right after Robo is hit by the grenade, you can see that the bottom of his feet are not covered.

  • Revealing mistakes: Last time Robo flies, clearly visible wires holding him up.

  • Crew or equipment visible: The wires that hold up the flying RoboCop are visible when he flies right after burning McDaggit's feet.

  • Continuity: In car chase with armored van, we see Robocop's car with the roof missing before it gets blown off a few seconds later.

  • Revealing mistakes: In the fight with Otomo, Robocop's arm is being chopped off. Shortly after that you can see his lower arm and elbow, covered in black, behind his back.

  • Revealing mistakes: When in pursuit of two Splatterpunks, Robo walks through a window that shatters before he touches it.

  • Continuity: When flying over the battle, Robocop's visor is cracked, making his eyes clearly visible. The visor is intact when he crashes into the OCP control room.

  • Continuity: During the initial car chase, the bar-coded front license plates on the police cruisers alternately disappear and reappear

  • Continuity: During the final argument between the CEO and McDaggett, the chair that the CEO is told to sit in suddenly appears in front of him in the next shot.

  • Continuity: After a resistance member hits Otomo in the jaw with a lead pipe, Otomo's jaw is dislocated in the wrong direction.

  • Continuity: During the fight with Otomo, in the shot just before Robocop's leg opens up to reveal his pistol, his pistol appears to be already lying on the ground beside him.

  • Continuity: When Robocop destroys the tank you can see his visor is cracked revealing his eyes. Wen he enters the OCP building it's fixed.

  • Revealing mistakes: When RoboCop enter McDaggit's headquarters by crashing in through a window with the jet-pack, wrinkles in the curtain depicting the skyline outside are visible.

  • Revealing mistakes: During the chase of the yellow van, the ramp that Lewis flips her police car over is visible

  • Continuity: After the Splatterpunk incident Robocop records Niko walking up the stairs, going inside a church at night. At the police station this footage is being shown again, but sunlight can be seen on the walls and front door of the church.

  • Revealing mistakes: In some closeups the neckpiece of the RoboCop costume is clearly made of some flexible material. You can see it flex and bend when the actor moves his head.

  • Continuity: When Lewis and Robocop confront McDaggett, wounds are visible on Lewis' arm, even though she hadn't been shot yet.

  • Audio/visual unsynchronized: When one of the Rehab officers shoots Robocop when he's torching the staging area, in the over-the-shoulder view of the officer, there is no muzzle flash from the M16, he's clearly faking the recoil, and the sparks from the "bullets" are on his chest even though he's aiming at his head.

  • Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): There is no reason for RoboCop to shoot through the roof of his police cruiser in order to get out. The driver's side door was undamaged and should work just fine.

  • Revealing mistakes: When the Otomo attacks RoboCop, you can clearly see the floor bounce a few times every time he lands.

  • Continuity: A splatterpunk with an eye patch is killed by RoboCop in the beginning. During the arming of the gangs by Rehabs later, the same eyepatched splatterpunk is clearly alive again.

  • Revealing mistakes: When RoboCop uses the elevator in the hotel full of Rehabs, he gets off on the same floor he went in. The elevator doesn't go anywhere.

  • Revealing mistakes: When RoboCop creates a hole for the door to McDaggit's room, the bullet holes are too small for RoboCop's gun.

  • Revealing mistakes: When RoboCop is not wearing his helmet, it is on the table, but his chin guard is nowhere in sight.
