Deserves to be talked about

This 2-minute short film "M.A. Numminen Sings Wittgenstein" is exactly what the title says. It features Hietanen and Numminen, two of Finland's most talented musicians and their rendition of a verse from Austrian writer Wittgenstein, which basically means that you have to be silent about things that you cannot talk about. Actually a good idea. Far too many people talk about stuff they do not know about. Anyway, Numminen's unique voice already makes this worth a watch I must say. The only complaint I have about this short film is that it is way too short and it would have been great to listen to more of Numminen's voice. The director here is Claes Olsson, one of Finland's most known filmmakers in the last decades. This film is also over 20 years old already and make sure that you catch the original when you watch this. There are version with an orchestra out there, but I certainly prefer the one with nothing but the piano to accompany Numminen's voice. Really good watch. Thumbs up.
