Sex & Nudity

Rated R for strong bloody brutal violence and for pervasive strong language.

Sex & Nudity 5/10

The opening dialog is a lengthy and graphic explanation of an extremely vulgar interpretation of Madonna's "Like a virgin."

There is joking around about prison sex.

One character tells a story about a woman who super glues a man's penis to his belly for revenge

There is no nudity or strong sexual content

Violence & Gore

Violence and Gore 10/10 The violence is VERY strong and brutal but not continuous

Throughout the film, we see Mr. Orange lying on the floor of the warehouse in a large pool of blood and we see his shirt soaked in blood.

Mr. Orange is shot in the stomach (we see the impact) and he lies in the back seat of a car bleeding and smearing blood all over the seats.

Mr. Orange shoots the woman that shot him in self defense.

Mr. Pink shoots at several cops, hitting one who screams in pain (we don't see the impact). Pink then grabs a woman and violently drags her out of her car, dropping her on the ground.

Mr. White shoots two police officers to death in a car; we see very bloody bullet wounds as the officers are riddled with bullets. This is the most graphic shooting in the movie

We hear that Mr. Blonde shot and killed several hostages during the unseen robbery.

Mr. Blonde, Mr. Pink and Mr. White viciously beat a captured police officer, leaving his face bloody.

Mr. Blonde slashes the captured police officer across the cheek with a razor; we see the bloody wound. Mr. Blonde then cuts off one of the officer's ears with the razor; we see the bloody stump and the severed ear. Mr. Blonde then pours gasoline all over the officer, including on his face, causing him to scream in agony. The ear cutting happens off screen. This is the most intense scene in the movie

Mr. Orange shoots Mr. Blonde repeatedly in the chest as he is about to set the police officer on fire; we see very bloody bullet wounds.

Mr. Brown is seen with a bloody face after getting shot. The shooting is offscreen.

Nice Guy Eddie shoots the police officer twice in the chest; we see blood spurt.

Nice Guy Eddie, Joe and Mr White shoot each other; we don't see the impacts but we do see bloody bullet wounds afterwards.

Mr. White shoots Mr. Orange (off screen). Mr. White is then shot by police; we don't see the impacts, just White dropping out of view of the camera.

Profanity

Profanity: 10/10

272 F-words used, 5 utterings of the word "nigger", several uses of d-ck and of sh-t, and other standard R-rated phrases and jokes. In the opening scene, strong sexual dialogue is used frequently and graphically. The language in this film is pervasive and might be offensive to some viewers.

Alcohol & Drugs Use: 3/10

A joke about marijuana usage.

Several characters smoke cigarettes and cigars.

Several characters drink.

7/10

A man deliberately cuts a tied up police officer's ear off. The scene is extremely intense, mostly during the build-up of tension before the actual torture happens, yet the actual cutting of the ear is off-screen.. A man slowly bleeds to death throughout the movie. Plenty of blood is usually seen in a puddle around him.

The violence in this movie can be intense and is not suitable for the faint of heart.

Total Explicit Content Estimation: 34/50

0-5: Suitable for everyone (Care Bears). 5-10: Take some caution with young children. (The Incredibles). 10-20: Suitable for children 8 years and over (Gremlins). 20-25: Recommended for children over 13 (Indiana Jones). 25-30: Suitable for mature audiences (The Dark Knight). 30-40: Recommended for people 17 years and over (THIS). 40-50: Absolutely Adults Only (A Clockwork Orange).

Overall, this is a very violent and adult movie. Not suitable for anyone under 18
