Sex & Nudity

  • The protagonist is married in the then-present year 1991, and his deceased wife from the future enters that time, causing awkward moments between the wives with questionable dialog concerning themes of bigamy and adultery.
  • A character, when realizing he will be going back in time in the body of his female ancestor, scratches his clothed crotch in disdain at this realization. (Brief. Mild)
  • The protagonist's wife recognizes her husband as "the only man (she) had sex with" before passing out. Meant for laughs.

Violence & Gore

  • The main reason for the R-rating. Several characters are shot with some bloody results (squibs). Trancers are shot/killed with their bodies fizzling into sparks as they are "biodegradable".
  • A character is shot many times and blood seeps from his mouth. This is very sad as he was a very likeable, well-meaning character.
  • A character is impaled by a pitchfork which is seen protruding from his back. he coughs with blood exiting his mouth and falls over painfully and dies. Very disturbing and realistic.

Profanity

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The exploding ham may prove to be overtly intense and frightening for some viewers.
